Arrived promptly, all items were in hamper and communication was good. However the presentation was not great. Because the box design is so nice, I presumed I could give the hampers as they came (without needing to gift wrap) but the boxes were a bit crushed here and there, with a few scuff marks. There were various advertising flyers inside the hampers (not really something I would want to put in a gift to someone, and something perhaps more appropriate to put in the main delivery box, not the hamper themselves)
Overall it was fine and recipients happy, so this is definitely not an ‘avoid’ review, more just a ‘heads up’ in case you’re someone who the little details mean a lot to.
