Great beers

My original order arrived damaged, and I was initially disappointed by the lack of response. However, the Customer Care Manager got in touch and arranged for a replacement box, which arrived promptly. I appreciate the effort to resolve the issue. Thank you for putting things right. It was a Father's Day present, and the craft beer box is beautifully presented and makes a lovely gift.

Great gift and great service
