Returns & Refunds Policy

At QWERTY Beer Box, we want to deliver great beer gifts - but if something's not quite right, we’re here to help.


1. Our Returns Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a refund.

To start a return, email us at Support@QWERTYBeerBox.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first - we may not be able to accept it.


2. Return Shipping Costs

We do not offer free returns unless the item you received was incorrect, damaged or defective.

  • If it’s our fault (e.g. wrong or faulty item): we’ll cover the return postage and provide a pre-paid return label.

  • If you changed your mind: you’re welcome to return your item within 14 days, but you’ll need to cover the cost of return shipping. Please email us at Support@QWERTYBeerBox.com and we will confirm the best address to send it to. 


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if it:

  • Arrived damaged

  • Is faulty or unusable

  • Isn’t what you ordered

We’ll make it right as quickly as we can. Please include:

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief explanation

  • Your order number or proof of purchase


4. Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Products won in giveaways or competitions

  • Gift cards


5. Exchanges

Need something different? The quickest way is to return your item as above, and place a new order separately once your return is accepted.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.

  • Bank processing times may vary - it may take a few more days for the refund to appear on your statement.
